4.1 Fife Council comments and the proposed RBSTACC constitution will be considered on 7 November 2022 at a Special Meeting
NB any agreement to changes in the proposed constitution by RBSTACC would need to be formally agreed at an extraordinary or special meeting to which the public have been given 21 days’ notice. Then RBSTACC again submits any agreed changes to Fife Council. Until Fife Council approves the changes, then the 1999 RBSTACC constitution remains in place.

8.1 Motion:
That RBSTACC agree to purchase of £10 St Andrews Gift Voucher or Book Shop Voucher for the child who won the Junior Garden Trophy
8.2 Motion:
That the agreement reached on the RBSTACC meeting of 1 March 2022 in terms of covid related business proposals be rescinded and that all future business proposals including financial matters be presented at the full RBSTACC meetings.
8.3 Motion:
a) That RBSTACC agreed that the RBSTACC coat of arms may be used on the printed order of the Ecumenical Memorial Service for the late Queen Elizabeth II on Saturday 8 October 2022 in Holy Trinity
b) That the RBSTACC Gonfalon be in Holy Trinity during the same Memorial service.
