Fife Council requires community councils to adhere to certain standards as set out in their "Scheme for the establishment of community councils". Every now and then it reviews the Scheme, and community councils must follow these in order to comply. St Andrews Community Council has reviewed its own constitution to take account of the latest requirements of the scheme, and we hope to agree this at a special meeting on 7 November 2022. This will take place at the same time as our monthly meeting - the full council meets the first Monday of each month from 7pm in St Andrews Town Hall.
