If you are interested in standing as a candidate, you must be:
Aged 16 years and over.
A resident within the boundary of the Royal Burgh of St Andrews Community Council area.
Named on the Electoral Register for the Royal Burgh of St Andrews Community Council area as at 1 January 2024
